Staff is AMAZING!!!! VERY friendly and helpful!!! They came and picked us up!!!! We had no transportation to get to the rental and they came and picked us up!!!!! WOW!!!! The car we rented was SUPER CLEAN!!!! Corbin enterprise is the BEST!!!! I CAN NOT HYPE them up enough!!!! I've dealt with enterprise in other locations in the past and they are good but Corbin out ranks them all. We rent here often and always get amazing service. They truly need a bigger lot and more staff because they are just that busy but they all try very hard to meet the demand. Unfortunately the issues here are corporate. The cars are cleaned decent and serviced when required and the staff are well trained and helpful.

Worse company. The main employee has an attitude every time you talk to her. I think her name is Chloe, She lies and pretends to be the manager. You can tell she has a I don't give a crap attitude when you talk to her. She resfuses to communicate . She cancels reservations for no reason claiming she didnt have enough cars available, she will call hours before your reservation is due back asking where it is . This location needs a major overall in the attitude department.
