I wanted to thank this location on a fantastic experience. The driver (young man, sorry can't remember his name!) who picked me up was very nice, and when I got there they were very busy with a long line and you could tell the employees were working hard to get everyone accommodated as fast as they could. Out of the blue, a customer lost his temper and insulted the staff and demanded immediate service. The assistant manager (Isa) kept his cool and replied calmly to try to diffuse the situation. I really can't say enough good things about this Enterprise location. From the moment I first arrived to the moment I returned the vehicle earlier today, they have been outstanding. I had a concern with the first vehicle that they provided, and the team made it as easy as can be to switch out the vehicle. Everyone that works at this location is professional in how they conduct themselves. Isiah was very kind, considerate and went above and beyond. Having to rent a car due to an accident is never fun, but being met with care and excellent customer service really does go a long way. I am very appreciative!
