My experience with Enterprise was outstanding from start to finish. After booking my reservation, I received a call to confirm the details and review the policies, which I really appreciated. When I arrived, I was warmly greeted and assisted right away. The entire process was quick, smooth, and hassle-free. I’ll definitely rent from them again!
DO NOT RENT FROM HERE TOTAL SCAM!!! THEY BLAMED ME FOR DAMAGES THAT I DID NOT CAUSE AND REFUSED TO SHOW ME PROOF. THEY ALSO WAITED MONTHS TO FILE A CLAIM THROUGH MY INSURANCE AND ASKED ME FOR PAYMENT UPFRONT THE SAME DAY THEY “CLAIMED” THAT I HAD DAMAGED THE RENTAL CAR AND REFUSED TO SHOW ME PROOF THAT IT CAME FROM ME. ALSO DO NOT DROP OFF AFTER HOURS. THEY WILL BLAME YOU FOR ANY DAMAGE THAT HAPPENS AFTER HOURS EVEN WHEN THE CAR ISN'T IN YOUR POSSESSION. I rented an economy car from Enterprise in Upper Marlboro, MD, and let’s just say… the “economy” part was loud and clear. 😂 The seats looked like they’d survived every coffee spill since 2010, and when I mentioned it, the employee basically said, “Well, they’re cloth… nothing we can do.” Oh, okay—so y’all just out here renting out memories in the fabric now? 😩 To top it off, there was some kind of code written on the window, like the car had just been released from auction or boot camp, which told me they didn’t even bothe... read more
