I was exremely happy using Enterprise for my rental during my car repair. they got me a car similar to the one i drove and made me very comfortable while mine was being repaired.
Booked a car a week in advance. Got a call half an hour before my pickup that they did not have a car for me but I could wait at the location and I was first on the list if a car came in. I ubered to the location with my fingers crossed, when I got there they told me I was 2nd on the list and did not get a car. They also charge a 12% airport fee without telling you in advance. Very upset with this location as I needed a car and it almost put my whole travel plans in jeapordy.

The enterprise location in Burien, Washington was outstanding from start to finish. I would highly recommend renting from this location!
