I've never rented a car before so I wasn't sure what to expect. It was awesome. The staff were cool and helpful and they were personal. I liked that. The staff at the Division store are top notch. Highly recommend. I ended up having to come in earlier and they hooked it up. I'll definitely rent from them again and I've told everyone I know how great they are.
This location is the best. All of the employees go out of their way for a smooth rental experience. I have rented from this location only and will continue to do so. Elda is a phenomenal manager. If I ever have a problem no matter how small she diligently works to correct it.
Rachel and Control are wonderful individuals and I would take my business here again because of them. 12 out of 10 customer service.
