Always choose enterprise! More specifically chose Rachel at the division street location because she is an angel and will get you squared away! I reserved a car through budget car rentals so I could transport my family of 5 and some DJ equipment 3 hours away for my mother in laws birthday. Long story short my husband dropped me and my daughter off at budget and then I was given complete different info and found out they would t rent to me because of having a low credit score (??????) so my 8 year old and I walked 10 minutes ... read more

Amazing customer service, smooth check in. The sweet lady running the counter was alone and very busy-had the phone ringing, two customers waiting at the counter and She was nothing short of WONDERFUL, quick and efficient. I didn’t get her name regrettably, but she was working aug 28 at noon . Management take notice-She is stellar! Car is perfect. Just what we needed for a long trip. Enterprise has our business for life.
