I’ve rented here multiple times, and this location has always been excellent. The managers and staff consistently go above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction and are always very accommodating. I’ll definitely keep renting from them.
Worst experience ever! The first car they gave me had multiple issues. The car literally shook when going over 50 miles and hour and the maintenance light came on the second day. Tires were extremely loud. The car itself looked like something my grandmother would have driven. I had to exchange it for another car and when I went to pick it up, I had to wait even though I went in at the time they gave me. Hi Enterprise rent -A-car Team I am Hasan Yavuz. I was the first time rented a car from you, but we were not satisfied at all because we were charged for 4 days instead of 3. I rented the car on September 29, 2025, at 11:10 AM, and returned it to you on October 2, 2025, at 10:55 AM. You charged me for 4 days instead of 3. Please refund 1 day's fee to my credit card.
Enterprise made it so easy and the staff was fantastic to work with. Plus they provided a great car and exactly what I asked for!
