The enterprise team saved the day! I missed my flight and had to extend my rental car (as well as change it a one-way rental, to be dropped off 400 miles away), and everyone I spoke with (including the man that came to the airport to get my old key out of the lockbox, who came in early and actually is the ONLY reason I was able to make it to my daughter’s graduation) cared so much about me. I’ve been calling around to get quotes and normally spend only a few moments to get the information. This guy who answered is not very capable of communicating well. I just wanted to know what large size vehicle was available and at what price. He kept asking other questions’ what time are you coming in tomorrow?’ I said I’m not coming in unless I know what vehicle you have and what the cost is.
