The manager was very rude today. Told me that only 1 car was available. When I had a reservation for a luxury car. He told the gentleman helping me that I could only have the car that he picked. So I had to reschedule. Very rude at this location. I have a brand new 2020 car that I have a claim out on, so I expect to at least get something as nice as my car or better. Not a downgrade.
