Honestly only giving them a one star because I'm genuinely appalled. Rented my first car here on Tuesday 11/18. When I first got the car it reeked of bleach. I thought it was weird but assumed the smell would go away eventually. The smell did indeed get less strong but as the bleach smell faded what was trying to be covered up began to smell again. Great Customer Service! I had a little issue about being picked up because Michael was the only one at 8am. No problem, he managed to have me picked up in a timely fashion. Had my car (upgraded), washed and ready to go. Great discount too! I’ve been renting from this location for over 20 years and everyone is always accommodating, helpful and kind! Thank you Michael

I was already going to give this place a 5 star review because Mike made everything extremely easy including calling me for pickups and drop offs to the body shop. I forgot my wallet in the rental and Mike really went out of his way to contact the new renter and locate my wallet extremely quick. Very grateful!
