I was already going to give this place a 5 star review because Mike made everything extremely easy including calling me for pickups and drop offs to the body shop. I forgot my wallet in the rental and Mike really went out of his way to contact the new renter and locate my wallet extremely quick. Very grateful!
Renting from enterprise was a great experience and they take your chime credit builder card couldn't be more happier for that unlike most of the Rent-A-Car places only excepting major credit cards friendly staff and well maintained vehicles i would refer everyone to enterprise. Friendly staff. They will pick you up and drop you off upon return! I got a great car, Chevrolet Trailblazer, it was a great car I drove from Long Beach to Corona (approx 44 miles) around town for a couple days and back on less than a 1/4 of tank of gas!! Driving was fun and easy, it actually made me want to buy a car like this!! The location is convenient and again the staff is friendly and helpful in office. Charging me for a citation that happened during someone else rental a day after I returned the car. I filed a dispute and then again charging me the ticket. I called and they kept put me on hold until the call dropped. This should be easy court case, when the citations dates are a day after my rental return date. Horrible customer service!!!
