Absolutely appalling treatment at the Fort Lauderdale Enterprise location. After already going through a car accident, I came in desperate for help and resolution. Instead of professionalism or compassion, the staff outright told me to “leave and go back to North Miami” — dismissing me as if I were a burden rather than a paying customer. My husband and I use this enterprise specifically for all of our rental needs. It may have always been very professional and quick in their processes.
Sometimes great sometimes not great but Chiyanise (sp) is always very nice
The costumer service was great !! Branch manager Derek Burns on duty went above and beyond when renting my MB sprinter, as there were no Black ones I got a white and he offered me to switch to another one on Monday which I did , Derek is a Rick star , he represents Enterprise so well , you are my official rental place to go and recommended.I rented on 08/15/2025 and switched on Monday 08/18/2025 keep the great job 👏
