If I could give this location a zero star I would. DO NOT rent from Enterprise and if you do, remember to take photos and video when you pick up and drop off your rental! Also note that Enterprise is not even accredited with the Better Business Bureau. They have thousands of complaints--many similar to mine! Car was great, we truly enjoyed it. They had premium version of a mustang with good speakers and leather interior not the cheapest one. We had a small misunderstanding, and I was a bit nervous next day but lady who is a manager was calm and offered solution that worked for both us. Overally I would rent again from here
I’ve always went with enterprise because of their inventory and customer service. This last trip I didn’t not experience it at this location. I was given a car that was not safe for my family. I was told to go 4 hours out of my way for a replacement car, but they didn’t have a replacement vehicle for me out of the 600 cars at the airport when I got there.
