Staff was unprofessional. When the vehicle malfunctioned a couple of days into the month long rental term, despite traveling to an airport location (MIA Miami International) a lesser vehicle class was the only option despite being charged for a higher price class vehicle. I've been a reward member with Enterprise for nearly 20yrs and despite being at their highest tier rewards I've never, not once, been offered an upclass replacement or reservation.
