When I first walked in to pick up my vehicle, 3 team members all greeted me. The girl helping me I think her name was Allie, I feel bad, because I wanted to give her a shout out. She has only been on the job 2 weeks, she was great. She made sure she went over all the paperwork with me. She took me out to the vehicle and sat in the passenger seat and added my phone to the Apple Play. She even went over some of the other items I wasn't aware of. Worst customer service ever. Husband booked a vehicle and then called to confirm he could pick it up after work. They said “sure!” Arrives to find they cancelled our reservation because we didn’t pick up at 11am AND lied about the vehicle we were supposed to have picked up at 11 saying it wouldn’t be ready until the next day because now all of a sudden it needs an oil change. We love having Enterprise close by our home. This location has always had such friendly staff, and nice vehicles. We appreciate them very much. We’ve had to use them four times over the last several months. We wouldn’t hesitate to continue to use them in the future!
