Just wanted to say Bella from the Farmingdale,NY location is a fantastic, cheerful, easy to talk to employee. She is fantastic at her job and provided excellent A+++ customer service. I wish there were more people like Bella.
My transaction could not have been any smoother. The store manager Joe took very good care of me! I will definitely be back to this particular enterprise store in the future.
Garbage service. They called to canceled my reservation 20 minutes before the schedule pick up time. They did not cancel the vehicle insurance because they said it was with a third party and they will not give me a cancellation letter for me to show the 3rd party that I never received the car rental. Garbage service.
