What an absolute headache it has been renting with Enterprise. First when I received the rental car I opted into using their gas since I was told it was $2.35 per gallon upon return, which was great. What I wasn’t told was that they charge you the value of a full tank and the $2.35 price point which I was told did not include tax. Absolutely crazy that they can be so deceptive on pricing! Story cut short I used debit instead of credit and they took forever to send the money back they said 3 -10 business days and it’s been 2 weeks Now as far for customer service in person amazing the women were extremely professional , on the phone not so much the guy was being smart like had I not called them and pressed them about the money they wouldn’t have sent it . I wouldn’t recommend this spot if you have to use debit
