We need them, but they have to lower the prices, or at least Include roadside assistance in the rental price, as it doesn't seem fair that I'm left stranded on the street and they don't provide assistance simply because I didn't add that service to the rental car. It's not fair; I think they should include all services without raising the daily rental prices.
Great experience with both the car and the service. I simply requested a nice 4-door sedan as my rental. But what I got was a 2026 luxury BMW sedan with all the bells and whistles. Also, I didn't have to wait long at the SJM repair shop for Dan to start me with the paperwork. Dan was very patient with me because he had to introduce me to all the levers and icons. "Dan, how do I even start this car?" It was a challenge to drive, but the car rode beautifully. I just hope I put enough gas in it upon its return. Would definetely... read more
Very happy with the hybrid rental car. Great customer service. Fast and easy pickup and drop-off. Will use in the future.
Dave forgot to mention three hundred dollar deposit on top of the.Rental until I got there
