One of the worst car rental location. I booked a one way car from them online when I get to the pickup the car front desk people rude swung they don’t have any one way car but the lot is full of new cars. I made my reservation 2 days ahead they don’t even inform me that they don’t have any car available
They picked me up at the garage and then dropped me off when my work was completed.
My experience with Enterprise was extremely disappointing from start to finish. I reserved a rental for 3:00 p.m. and arranged for them to pick me up from the auto shop where I was leaving my car for repairs. I even called the day before to confirm that everything was set. When no one showed up, I called the branch only to be told that I wasn’t even in their reservation system. I had to reschedule my car repair appointment because of their mistake. Had to pay out of pocket because Enterprise doesn't take AAA or my Insurance Acurity company..but were very friendly and helpful..
