These guys at Enterprise in Westfield IN are great. Always have nice cars to choose from. The Kona I used for 2 days was perfect and I love that they give you a quick walk around tour of the car. Good for new cars.
This experience was extremely disappointing. The company seems perfectly capable of taking reservations, but not of honoring them—and then places the blame on “the system.” Even when I called the phone number listed on Google Maps and confirmed everything with a corporate representative, I was later told that it wasn’t a “local representative,” so the reservation couldn’t be processed. I highly recommend Enterprise in Westfield IN...they are the best!! I had the pleasure of dealing with Sam, Henry, Braxton and Aubrey...they are all so professional, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful!! They are all very organized and got us a rental car immediately. The manager and the employees are top notch!!
We needed more space for travel and Enterprise was our Hero!
