Great service everytime
Ooohhh the guys at the counter were super nice and made my day feel easy. Customer service can make or break the flow of the day. Their energy made that difference for me and I truly appreciate them. And when I walked in for the drop off, I was asked if my car was ready at the auto shop. I was thinking, they have a million customers daily and my situation was remembered and acknowledged. The BEST customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. Thanks Enterprise Team!!! My #1 place for great service.
How does a company who's sole mission is to provide rental vehicles NOT able to provide rental vehicles. We reserved a rental for today so my wife could drop her car off at the shop. The reservation was confirmed. The pick up location was confirmed. Now 1 hour before her pick up time they call and say they literally have 0 cars available. I use these guys all the time. They're the best. Just rented a Wagoneer for a trip to Florida and it was perfect, and they always accomdate.
