Great staff courteous and efficient.
Renter BEWARE and Cautious of 11 Mile and Van Dyke - they can charge you for previous damage if you don't pay close attention. I had to get an attorney to resolve the issue. Thankfully, I'm getting my money back. But no one deserves this. My company is removing them from our preferred vendors list.
My car broke down and I needed a vehicle for a couple of days. I walked in and 10 minutes later I was driving away in a great car. The staff was very accommodating and courteous. I won't go anywhere else.
