I rented a 15 psgr van from this location @ 7714 Broad River Road. The staff there was so friendly and made this rental experience very easy. Pete and Sydney were especially helpful and this makes me ready to rent a vehicle at this location again !!!
I reserved a small car through the website 3 days before pickup (3/11/16).My reservation was to pick up the car at 4:30 pm,drive directly to the Woodstock, GA location (on Towne Lake Parkway) and drop the car off the same evening (Friday,3/11),which is exactly what I did.I was instructed to leave the keys in the drop box since the GA office was closed when I arrived (8:40 pm),which is exactly what I did.I unloaded my luggage,locked the car,deposited the keys into the dropbox,and left.The Tues after (3/15),I received an email... read more
Christopher was nice they had two car for me to choose from will be going back to this Enterprise nice and easy to get out
I reserved a rental for a premium car and when I got there they upgraded me to a nicer one. Thanks enterprise, I really enjoy my rental and the customer service was exellent
