Excellent service! The car I reserve was clean and ready when I arrived and the guy that helped me was nice and professional.
i have rented on numerous occasions over the last few years. for the most part the vehicles and service have been acceptable. however, the last 3 vehicles i have rented have not been very clean - the front and rear windshields of all 3 have been filthy inside - to the point where i have had to stop and clean them myself while on the road to provide clear views for safe driving. also earlier this year, i reserved over a week in advance an economy car. only had mid-sized to large SUV's and trucks when I arrived. was charged fo... read more
I had a good experience with this Enterprise. The Staff was very friendly. The car was clean. I was picked up on time.
My experience with Enterprise was not the best. First of all when it is an insurance claim I don't see why I have to pay anything. Second, the car they gave me was suppose to be clean and wasn't. It had water on the car as though it just had been washed. Maybe the outside but the inside was different. The main thing is the windows but they was not at all clean. This was the worst experience I have had with this Rental on University Parkway by the Coliseum. I will not use this one again.
