Best car rental experience ever. Spanish Fork (Utah) Branch got me a minivan (which I requested) even though they were scare due to a manufacturer recall. When we discussed the recall, I expressed my needs for the combination of passenger and cargo space that is hard to get without a minivan, plus the fuel efficiency that doesn't come from a full sizes SUV.
