We had an accident with our rental car in Price, UT, more than an hour away from the nearest Enterprise branch in Spanish Fork, UT, with no taxi service available. Austin went above and beyond to help us during this stressful situation. He was very friendly, courteous, and professional throughout the entire process. I totaled my car in an accident that was not my fault and was pretty upset to learn that the other Ins could not cover due to there were 20 cars involved. My full coverage Ins allowed a rental. I came here to Spanish Fork in Utah and Austin was so amazingly calm and professional as well as understanding. He had me on the road in a BEAUTIFUL car in no time. Got a rental from them I took it to the car wash vacuumed and wiped it all down got gas and returned it and they charged me for one gallon of gas and I had it filled a little over what I got it at wont ever come to the Spanish fork location again
