Best car rental experience ever. Spanish Fork (Utah) Branch got me a minivan (which I requested) even though they were scarce due to a manufacturer recall. When we discussed the recall, I expressed my needs for the combination of passenger and cargo space that is hard to get without a minivan, plus the fuel efficiency that doesn't come from a full size SUV. 10/10 customer service!! Jess the Branch Manager was amazing! I have rented 3 different vehicles with them.
It was easy to get checked in before pickup, and picking up the car was a breeze. The car was in good shape and we drove to our destination and back in one tank. Any issues were easily handled with one call. Thank you, Enterprise!
