Awesome experience, friendly staff with excellent customer service. Nice clean vehicle.
They don't understand the concept of a reservation. Arrived on time for my reservation, and they stated they had no cars available. Another gentleman then walked in after me, yet some how got a car. I was the told I would need to be taken to another location to get a rental. Will most likely not receive my car until almost 2hrs after initial reservation time. The young woman who helped me was very nice and apologetic, this review is no reflection of her, but instead of the owner/logistics
