Great customer service
I had a situation with customer service and they couldn’t resolve my problem. I called Enterprise Direct spoke with Jake the manager he was able to give me a car in a timely fashion and resolve all my issues I was having with renting a car. He’s a very valuable asset to the company and he made sure from conception to completion that I was completely satisfied. I would recommend an Enterprise Bobby Road Sevenhills location see Jake you won’t be disappointed
