Top notch staff and the pricing is right. If one has 'special needs' such as ability to tilt the seat or operate a cargo hatch, be sure to let the staff know 'up front'. Otherwise vehicle was acceptable for a fairly long drive. I'll lease from Enterprise again. No surprises when dealing with them.
One start is the lowest I can give or else it would be zero for this Newberry, SC location. Made a reservation and was called by staff to cancel it about an hour later. Simply stated that they had no availability and it was up to me to make other arrangements. So, NO customer service? No assistance? Just pass it off to someone else. Terrible, just terrible service (or rather lack thereof).
Enterprise helped us when our car by no fault of ours was involved in a highway accident. They gave us a rental car and provided every courtesy they could in finding us even a bigger one so that we could travel home to our destination in comfort and safety. It was close to the Fourth of July holiday so rental cars are very hard to come by, especially SUVs. We will be ever grateful for the Newberry, South Carolina office for helping us.
