Excellent service, reliable and new cars.
Not a good experience.
Poor rental facility. Called 7 times within 2 hours and waited on hold so long that the phone automation eventually hung up on me. Then I arrive at the facility at 1:35 pm during business hours and the door is locked and no one here to help me.
God is so good I had to write a review! Two sales reps. Jamarcus & Reggie assisted us with our rental today at youngsville location on E Milton. Very professional, speedy service! We are so happy we booked with this location. These guys Provided great customer service! So pleased with our rental recommend anyone looking for good personalities while booking!! Thank you Enterprise!!
They put me in a brand new hybrid Jeep I didn't even know how to start the thing when I got in it never drove something that fancy
