TERRIBLE. We booked a reservation for a car and when we got there to get the car we reserved the day before they said they don’t have it and couldn’t help us at all. We told them we are even willing to pay extra and they did not care nor help us. Another Enterprise location in town gave us misleading information and straight up lied. This almost ruined our trip, thankfully Turo came in and saved the day last minute. Do NOT trust Enterprise.
The worst experience ever. They set a reservation to have a rental for me at 10am at the body shop I was dropping my truck off at. I arrive and waited 30 min. Nothing. I called the office and they explain to me they have no one available to deliver my rental. They are completely incompetent.
I will be showing up when I get out of work to speak to a supervisor about one of your incompetent employees when asking for a supervisor because she wants to hang up and act like she doesn’t hear it customer on the phone but she surely heard me when I said a cuss word though but y’all are calling me back so y’all will deal with me when I go up there
I really enjoy renting vehicles thru Enterprise. The staff are always courteous.
