Worst possible experience renting at the corporate level. The manager Skylar was extremely rude during the check out process. She was also unwilling to assist elderly customers that needed Bluetooth assistance. I highly suggest you rent from a different location if at all possible. When it comes to the guest experience, go where you will feel valued.
Why do I have to call 3 time just not to get an answer I just left from up there it was no one in there to assist why weren’t yu answering the phone
I got a rental while my car was worked on. The car I rented was really nice and clean. Only issue I had was that they are very difficult to get on the phone. I guess there’s usually only 2 of them in the office. Jesse was the one who assisted me. He was fantastic and so polite!
