Awesome service every time I go there.
I was so grateful to know that there was a Car Rental Company that was so close to my home and Enterprise was that company. When one thinks of renting a car; long distance drive or for vacation use comes to mind. However, my car had extensive service to be done and I was out of the convenience of having transportation for work mainly. I recently had a short-term rental at the Enterprise office in Eustis Florida. It was outstanding from the time I made the reservation to the time I dropped off the rental car. I do want to recognize Harry who is the assistant manager at that location and handled my rental from start to finish. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. He is an outstanding asset to the Enterprise organization.
Assad and Harry were extremely courteous and helpful. The quality of their professionalism in what they do is exceptional. Assad helped me get home and when I found out I left my phone in the vehicle, Harry was there to get me the help I needed to find my phone. He spoke to Assad and suddenly here comes Assad with my phone. Both Assad and Harry were amazing with customer service. They deserve to be commended.
