Great service, hooked me up with a nice cargo van and got me out quickly.
This place charges excessive rates if you are without a car after a wreck. Almost double everyone else. Avoid if possible. Can't answer your questions because I wasn't given the proper rental agreement, they were 2 hrs late on pickup, knowing had to go to Tallahassee that day.. Believe they took advantage of insurance claim, wasn't offered any discounts that I may have been entitled to due to lack of time to get to destination. Rented car 7/39, rental agreement given dated 7/29, opened and closed same day I didn't rent.
