Kallie and Thomas at the Euclid, Ohio location made our rental process a total joy. They were so helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant. We would definitely contact them if we ever need to rent a vehicle again.
I wish I could rate this experience a ZERO. My personal vehicle is a Maserati SUV, which was unfortunately involved in an accident. I live 48 minutes from this location on Lakeland Blvd. I received a call from Brian, due to my reservation appearing in their system. I explained that I have the max rental car coverage to put me back in a luxury vehicle. I asked if there was anything available before I drove the distance.
