I have always dealt with the Watts Mill location at 103rd and State Line in KCMO. Always helpful and pleasant and great to deal with. Last time it was Chris W and this time Jaylen . . . Patient and willing to answer questions. Great Customer Service. Also we had an issue in our trip and dealt with a shop in Dayton, OH and the people there were fantastic. Listened and explained policies and dealt with the issue quickly and with understanding. We will rent from them again.
Easy pickup and return. Car was very comfortable. No problems
Avoid this location; Rude front counter employees and cars that smell like urine.
Enterprise has been my go to for years. My recent experience did not disappoint. They are always efficient and professional.
Manager said she didn't have cars available was able to get a truck when I called and talked to someone at front desk. They stated they do complementary drop off after you return the car, I was not given that service because they address I was going to was 15 minutes from location. Overall poor customer service.
