This was a very painless experience I was in and out quickly. I had a 2025 car. Everyone was nice and when I dropped off, it was just as easy.
I am always happy with Enterprise. Clean new cars. Fair pricing. Chris and Griffin are very helpful, knowledgeable and kind. Great customer service. As of 9/12/2025 I am updating my review. This past year I have had a rental from Watts mill at least 10 times now. I've never had an issue. Always a nice car well maintained. Employees are great. Sometimes I buy the extra insurance Sometimes I don't. Depends on my mood. Never any pressure. I have a car already reserved for October. Great price and service

We rented a Chrysler Pacifica for six adults to travel from Kansas City to Wisconsin and it is a great vehicle for that. It has excellent storage and connectivity so that everyone could stay in touch and conduct their activities with ease. The pick up and delivery was easy and made for an excellent experience
