I was in an unfortunate situation and had to rent a car. I called Enterprise Island Park spoke to Lauren who was amazing. Se set everything up for me I was picked up , my car was ready, I drove it for a day. The car was way to big for me. Lauren said no problem come in now if you can and she switched the car for me. Super smooth and fast service. The car was immaculate with no problems. I was picked up at my house and driving the car in a very short time. The return was just as smooth. Returned the car and driven home in a few min. Would highly recomend.

Car was dirty and needed windshield wipers
I needed to rent a car for a few days. Little did I know how nice the staff would be. When I got there at 735 this morning Kristen was wiping the snow off of the cars (with a smile) and Gavin helped me at the desk. When I called to extend the car one more day, Kristen was incredibly kind, asked how my day was and was generally super friendly and kind. If you need to rent a car, go to enterprise in Island Park.
