Myself and 4 friends recently rented a car from enterprise island park. We rented a ford escape, the car was clean and in excellent condition. The car was smooth to drive and was spacious considering the amount of equipment we brought to go camping. All the staff were exceptionally kind, caring and chatty. We ran into an issue when renting the car as our licenses were out of state however the staff were very good in helping us overcome this issue. If you want the worst customer service experience and dirty office along with them wanting to give you a filthy car to be greeted by some woman in there with an attitude this is your place . Had a mid sized reserved and was pushed into a compact for the same price as the midsize I reserved , the car was absolutely filthy I didn’t take it . Went up the road to another enterprise and was taken care of that place was filthy and the car smells like weed . Worst place to rent a car from never again

Staff was friendly, and knowledgeable. Met my needs and provided me comfort style and security. Service was hassle free and quick. I went through my insurance, enterprise charged me twice besides for the initial down payment, and when I addressed it, they assured me that it was due to my insurance and as soon as my insurance responded to them, they released the funds Immediately. I mean, of course I had to wait a couple of days for the bank to release the funds, but that is to no fault of theirs. I will definitely always rec... read more
