I will not be a customer again
Horrible service
Had a reservation in Minden. The employee disappeared and customers were piling in to no service. Went to look for someone and he was out back. He informed me he had no cars to rent then immediately got angry and called the police! All the customer left as the police showed up! Eventually the service at the West Monroe office got me on my way later that evening. Calling these offices were a hassle as in I had to call several times to get anyone on the line!
This place is trash. Didn't have a car we reserved through online. Could have cared less. 0 empathy. Then tried charging more for a smaller vehicle. Stating she doesn't make prices corporate does.
Made a reservation n not last minute. Well come the day to pick up rental n guess what no rental. Y let reservations be made if your not going to have a car at any location within 50 miles.
