Made a reservation n not last minute. Well come the day to pick up rental n guess what no rental. Y let reservations be made if your not going to have a car at any location within 50 miles.
Everyone is courteous and kind. But every time I go to rent a vehicle from here, you have to wait for it to be cleaned, or they don't have what I reserved online. This is ridiculous. Need better management.
Do not use Enterprise in West Monroe, LA. The worst experience I have ever had renting a car. No cars. People waiting almost 3 hours for a car. I e a reservation for 4:30 pm. When I arrived at approximately 4:15, there were 3 customers ahead of me. One lady had been waiting since 3 pm. I had reserved a compact SUV. I specifically rented an SUV because I needed the car to drive my elderly 93 year old mother (who has some mobility issues) and a small SUV is the easiest car for her to get in and out of. Missed my return window and charged me a whole extra day. Complaint filed. I will change to 5 stars when/if this is resolved.
The agent was professional and engaging. She worked the lobby quickly and efficiently. She apologized for any delays and gave outstanding customer service.
