This is the best car rental location I know. I’ve rented here dozens of times, it’s my absolute go-to. All the staff are very helpful, friendly, responsive, and fair. The rates are extremely competitive even compared to other Enterprise locations. The fleet is high-quality and new, most cars I rented here in the past 6-9 months are 2025/2026 and have relatively low mileage (as of May 2026). Highly recommend.
Awesome rental experience, I was able to pick the car up at the exact pick up time and had no issues with the car all weekend. The staff at pick up and drop off were lovely, and they weren't upset that my friends service dog left some dog hair in the car (which I was worried would have doubled the hire fee) - highly recommend Enterprise!
This was not my first visit, and once again, I really appreciated the experience. The associates are never pushy and don't try to force unnecessary upsells. They offer a straightforward, no-nonsense approach. Fast, courteous, and clearly focused on getting customers in and out with as little hassle as possible. It’s rare to find a team that respects your time this much.
My "go-to" car rental service. Process is easy. Rides to and from home are convenient. Staff are friendly and helpful. They are flexible with insurance rentals about returns. I worked with University, Greenwood, and Lynnwood offices on my last rentals.
