I had a long-term rental after an accident, and the team at this location was incredibly helpful and kind throughout the entire experience. I’m extremely disappointed with my experience purchasing a vehicle from Enterprise. Larry sold me this 2023 vehicle less than a year ago. I also paid for an expensive additional warranty because I specifically wanted protection against unexpected repairs after purchasing a used vehicle. I have put LESS THAN 2,000 MILES on this car since buying it. Now, less than a year later, an independent shop has documented multiple significant issues. We have rented two cars through Enterprise Greenwood & have had a great experience both times. Specifically, Xavier S. and Andrew L. were fantastic - calm, professional under pressure, and super friendly. We would go back to rent with them again (as long as Xavier & Andrew are there!)

I rented a van from my local Enterprise office and really enjoyed dealing with the friendly and helpful staff. The car was clean, low mileage and great rates! I highly recommend Enterprise.
