A small airport but with a fully capable car rental area that did a great job getting me set up with a car for a couple days.
We flew in for a funeral and our flight was canceled because of the ice. Lots of flights were canceled. They could not get us another flight for 4 days. The rental car had to sit in the hotel parking lot unused for 3 days. Enterprise showed no empathy towards us. They could not come get the car because of the roads and I could not return the car because of the roads. They would not comp us in any way. Poor customer service!
Enterprise car rental was quick, efficient and easy. Staff at drop off AND pick up were wonderful, friendly helpful and knowledgeable. Car was in excellent condition, safe clean lots of amenities and reliable. No hidden costs to sift through and add on options were organized via email and specifically verified on pick up. No weird surprises. Really efficient.
