The folks at Rocklin Enterprise really Rock. Kudos to Rob/Katie/DJ and the others. They go out of their way to make sure you have an excellent experience. When I rent, I prefer hatchbacks, and while I understand they can't guarantee this, 9 times out 10, I have a hatchback. In one instance, when they didn't have a hatchback available, about 15 minutes later after I left the lot, I received a call from Katie who was able to locate one and wanted to know if I wanted to come back and switch. Excellent service! JJ assisted me with the rental, Greg assisted me with my return. Both were professional, courteous and very helpful. I also found their pricing to be very competitive with other rental agencies in the area. Great service, great price. What more can you ask for? I will always rent with Enterprise.
