Enterprise is always great to work with ... and that was my experience with the team in downtown Louisville. When they didn't have the vehicle I had reserved, they came through with a replacement that worked even better.
I have rented cars from Enterprise for over 5 years. I have enjoyed their service overall. I recently started renting at this location and I love the service. David is always cheerful and smiling. Overall, the staff are prompt, friendly, professional, and always smiling. They made me feel comfortable. Keep up the GREAT WORK!!!!
