Very Good customer service. They came to bodyshop where my car was being fixed and I was also able to drop car off there when my car was fixed. This is a definite plus!
Lost my reservation and personal information, told me I didn't have a reservation or appointment, even though I set it all up previous day. And then- the Enterprise associate showed up to pick me up and I wasn't there of course. He called asking for me and has gone to pick me up even though on the phone they told me they didn't have my name or number in system. The phone number part I figured out- as it was revealed they had the wrong number- one digit off, but how could they not have my name? I had given them lots of person... read more
