Great experience. Easy to book online, efficient friendly staff at the Rice Lake/Cameron location, got us into a very comfortable vehicle for our trip. Alec was extremely helpful and understanding when an emergency arose. Beyond satisfied. Definitely booking with Rice Lake Enterprise for our next family trip.
My wife scheduled a standard size suv, when I picked vehicle, they put me in a compact suv and said this was the vehicle size just different model. I took the vehicle, because I believed the representative in rice lake Wi. When I paid the bill it was cheaper than originally quoted. When I asked why the representative pretended not to know why. I had reserved a standard size SUV, which, according to their website, is a Chevy equinox or similar. Instead, I was put into a compact SUV and then lied to about it. The agent insists this Mazda is a std size. Then, when bill comes out less than expected, he acts surprised. So we go home and research. Nope. This Mazda is, in fact, compact SUV.
