Never have had a bad experience here
Very difficult place to work with. Would not recommend at all. Made a reservation only to have them call me 2 minutes after said reservation was made to tell me there was no availability at all, never mind what their website told me. Called a separate office to make another reservation and was directed to this office again and was reassured by a real person on the phone that there was indeed availability for a rental. This was my first time renting a vehicle. The process was smooth as silk !! The lady at the front desk was friendly ,respectful- she was awesome!! I feel in love with the car that I rented which was a 2025 Kia with all the "toots and whistles " and was very clean. Thanks again Enterprise !! If I need a rental vehicle again I am definitely coming back !! ♥ ♥ ♥
