I’m super sad because I’ve used Enterprise for a long time. But after this, I don’t think I will continue. I booked a car thru my credit card’s Tavel rewards. After pickup, found I was given a car with a leaky tire (resulting in a flat) expired license plates, and a toll tag that didn’t work. Previous experiences at this location were always amazing. Never had a single issue. I've been renting a lot for work travel. I've had about 5 rentals for a week or two at a time the past few months with more in the future. Paid by my company, in and out, easy. The previous manager moved stores and today I went in, like every other time, to rent a car. Same process.
