The staff treat you really good and take care of your needs and explain everything thoroughly to you
The staff was courteous but not personable. Most of the time Enterprise staff gives impressions that they care. This looks like a really busy location as staff seems overworked. Also, my car was not prepped and was filthy. Also, they're using a parking lot in that's not on the rental car property where in you have to walk a ways and then go through flower beds/medians to get to the dispatch/rental counter.
