John at the Garden City location was awesome from the first call to book all the way through to drop off. There were a lot unforeseen issues with my family that caused me to request changes to the original drop off times & dates but John was always happy to accommodate. He also seemed genuinely concerned with what I was dealing with and willing to offer suggestions to ease my stress & frustrations. Although this location is not closest to me, I will be using them for all my future rentals and encourage others to do the same.
