This Brooklyn branch is awful! Twice now I have scheduled to rent a vehicle with this location, and both times I have received a phone call the day before telling me they don't have what I reserved. So I will not use this location for my rental needs anymore.

EDIT: Kim, did exactly what you asked, submitted yet another formal complaint/form and still have not heard from anyone to rectify the situation. Does enterprise have so many complaints coming in that it takes weeks to reply to a customer? Or, since they've already paid, they are ignored altogether? They do not care about your concerns/complaints. The 800# is great, however they refer you back to the manager at the Brooklyn office who does absolutely nothing...does not reply to emails, does not return telephone calls. While waiting for a rental, you can hear him complaining to other staff about a previous renter who was trying to reach him regarding her experience, but he refused to contact her to discuss.
