Had a confirmed reservation for 4 p.m. pickup. When I arrived at 4 sharp, all cars were rented. An extremely rude employee named Betty kept trying to say it was my fault. Although I had spoken with her twice this morning, and had a confirmation number, she said it was my fault that I didn't have a car. Due to her reasoning she tried to call me at 2:30 to make sure I wanted the car and I didn't answer.
