Great Team most of the time in saint cloud
We’re extremely frustrated with our recent experience at the Enterprise St. Cloud location. We reserved a Premium SUV (Ford Expedition Max, Jeep Wagoneer L, or similar) two weeks in advance, plenty of time to ensure the vehicle would be ready. We even checked in online the day before to confirm the reservation. When we arrived, we were told the reserved vehicle wasn’t ready, and then informed that the Ford Expedition couldn’t be rented out because the plates were expired. Horrible customer service. They never have a car to accommodate our needs. We had a truck and we need a truck. They already know what type of car we needed and they gave us a sedan BMW which is not what we need. Then they asked us to come back next day at 2pm to get a truck and at that time they are already closed. They think they can play with us. My time and money count. They said they haven’t received any truck. They have many enterprise places to call and asks for a truck to cover our needs.
