Absolutely the worst rental car experience ever. I requested a midsize vehicle. I got there and they had compact SUVs and one large SUV. I took the large one directly to another enterprise to try to trade it in for what I asked for and reserved. They were not able to accommodate that I spent hours on the phone with customer service who was able to resolve the issue. I wouldn’t advise anybody to use this enterprise. Rented through Geico because my car needed to go to the body shop for some repairs. Selected the "premium" vehicle option, which I assumed would be a mid-end sedan. When I got there, the vehicle offered was a Jeep Wagoneer - huge, impractical for my needs. I drive a Mazda 3 and I like it because it's small. My car got stolen so I needed a rental. Progressive told me I could rent through enterprise as long as I’m above 18 but when I went to this location they said I was too young and they had a different policy. Progressive found out that it was total bull and I just rented through the canton office with 0 problems. If you need a rental just go to the one on whipple they’re nicer and actually KNOW the policies.
