Great service, friendly staff, I did not have to wait at check out or check in. The car was in great shape and clean. And the location in both Watsonville and San Jose was ideal!
I never leave reviews but for the exceptional customer service at enterprise in watsonville , I have to! The staff really goes above and beyond! It's always such a smooth easy process renting with them. Wouldn't rent with anyone else!
First, I would like to state that the only reason I am giving them a five star review is for their service. It is very convenient and accessible. The cars I have rented here are very well kept and clean. I understand that their rental prices can be very disproportionate and discouraging. My insurance covered for my rentals there, so I cannot complain about the deal they offered to my insurance provider. My recent experience with Enterprise in Watsonville was the best to date, it took less than 10 minutes combined the pickup and drop off of the vehicle, Alex thank you for serving your customers with a smile.
Was promised a Toyota corolla and was given an extremelly dirty mini van. I dint complained there because I was in a hurry to get to LA. I purchase all the insurance they have and they still took forever to inspect the car upon return the employee look like he wanted to find the smallest thing wrong with it to hook me for it.
