Was promised a Toyota corolla and was given an extremelly dirty mini van. I dint complained there because I was in a hurry to get to LA. I purchase all the insurance they have and they still took forever to inspect the car upon return the employee look like he wanted to find the smallest thing wrong with it to hook me for it.

I rent cars all the time and this last time I picked the option of 'click we pick' and They gave me the smallest most inconvenient car of them all. I'm so disappointed with the car they gave me. I probably won't rent from them anymore. I noticed that each time I rented a vehicle it was a cheaper car and smaller. I don't recommend this place at all.
