I always rent from Enterprise because the staff is always professional, friendly and accommodating.
I have to leave a star ridiculous. If I could choose 5 negative stars, that would be great. These people rented me a broken car. I booked a Jetta online. When I got there, they said they didn't have the car i rented, but they had "upgraded" it to a better car. The guy showed me that I didn't think an emblem was important but cracked plastic? I made a reservation almost a month ago and when I was about to get the car they didn’t want to rent me the car I chose because my drivers license wasn’t translated! Never heard something like that before. Terrible requirements!
I conducted the rental over the internet on my phone. It was quick and easy and it also allowed me to extend my rental twice without having to call anyone. Pickup and return were also quick and easy. The staff were friendly and efficient. I'll be renting from Enterprise again, for sure.
