Dio (manager) was amazing. I had my personal vehicle break down so I needed a rental. I was a walk in. At the time, there were no vehicles in stock. But Instead of having me wait for hours, I was taken to another enterprise with available vehicles. Thank you Dio for be so caring.
Disappointed with Unavailable Rental and Lack of Compensation I booked a rental car a month in advance, but upon arrival, the vehicle was not available. The company offered no alternative or compensation for the inconvenience, leaving me stranded and forced to make last-minute arrangements at a higher cost. Poor communication and lack of accountability made the experience frustrating. I expected better service and reliability from a rental company. Would not recommend based on this experience.
