Fifi was very accommodating and understanding of our needs. She made everything a pleasure.
Horrible experience. The cars they have are terrible. The gave us a car in really bad shape. We had to return it because was very unsafe to travel in a car in that condition. My review is for the Weston, Florida location. Never again !
Horribly cheap car, seemed it eas going to fail all the time.
Location does NOT answer the phone. ~30 min hold times are normal. Can someone answer the phone? If you do, can you please not put people on hold for 35 mins?
The never have the cars you reserve. The new branch manager, Fifi S needs additional training. I have been using this site for 2 years on a weekly basis but they 100% turnover on staff and the new team lacks customer service skills as well as the ability to operate the location properly. Use the South Pines or Sunrise, this Weston location has horrible service.
