After having a reservation for a full size SUV weeks in advance and then verbally confirming 4 days in advance of the schedule pickup that I needed the type of vehicle reserved, when I arrived not only did they had not had a full size SUV available, they actually said they had NOTHING at all available. Had to wait for a return, over an hour later had to grab the first thing, which was a small SUV. At this point, I had no option and was stuck. Unacceptable.

It’s surprising how many negative reviews this location has. There seems to be a clear pattern of poor employee behavior. I had a reservation confirmed for pickup today at 8:00 AM. When I arrived, I was surprised to learn they did not have a vehicle available for me. Jacob, who was supposedly the manager, was dismissive and disrespectful. When I asked to speak with his supervisor, he told me there was no one above him. Completely Unreliable and Unacceptable Service I made a reservation a full week in advance for an SUV to be picked up on Monday. On Friday, this branch called me to confirm the reservation, and I clearly told them I would be there and needed the vehicle. Then, on Sunday at 5 PM, less than 24 hours before pickup, I get a call saying they don’t have the car. Apparently, they were “waiting for another customer to return it,” which never happened. I made a reservation and at pickup time the location didn’t have any same class vehicles available. While also helping other customers Kevin worked diligently to find an alternative. Eventually he secured a vehicle for me at a sister branch and I received a complimentary upgrade for the inconvenience. Kevin arranged for transportation to the sister branch near by and my pickup was smooth and timely.
