I reserved once a mid-size SUV & once intermediate SUV, they never had it in stock to begin with, they'll try to give you a PickUp Truck or a Cargo Van & than they'll give you the contract to sign without notifying you that they're charging you for 3 types of insurance plus roadside assistance to a total of 30 Dollars a day!and if you'll confront them and tell them to take it off they'll argue with you that it's a must, which is in fact a big lie, as it says on their own paper "Optional". I'll never return there again.
