I can honestly say that I’ve rented from enterprise many of times in the past. I’ve never had any issues with them even though their services are a little bit high, I’ve always paid them and they have always treated me well. That being said. If you really want good customer service and you can’t find a car on this lot in great bend, or they’re being rude to you, after you waited two days for a car to rent, then just simply drive to the enterprise in Hays,KS and rent a car from them. I would not recommend Enterprise in Great Bend. Between the rates and the poor customer service. Enterprise actually turned me into a Hertz customer. I would rather drive to Hays 45 miles and rent from Hertz than drive a couple miles to Enterprise.
