We had an excellent experience with not only the checkin but the vehicle as well. Enterprise did an excellent job for us.
I went in earlier to ask about cancellation policy and was greeted with a knowledgeable, laid-back, super friendly and reassuring employee. I left 100% reassured. And then rented the car and the peace of mind of having a reliable vehicle, not to mention smooth, clean, and a step up from my daily. The trip was a funeral so all of this was pretty important. Return was during EAA but it went smoothly and was greeted with a very warm smile! Very impressed with the whole setup at the atw airport. Great crew.
