Renewed my vehicle this morning great service very quick.
Reserved a 4 door luxury sedan MONTHS in advance. Arrived at proper pick up time and counter agent gave me a 2 door sedan. When I brought it to his attention after coming back in to inform him that my family didn't fit and that I reserved a 4 door, I was told " we'll you got a BMW!". When i protested the manager came over and proceeded to tell me that's all they had and it was too bad. They deserve zero stars. I literally waited over an hour as I couldn’t check in with app. Got everything situated at counter. Needed manager clearance I guess. Manager named Perly denied all my cards. I’ve used the same credit card for over 20+ rentals at the same airport as it’s my hometown. For the past 5 years. You couldn’t pay me to ever use enterprise rentals ever again. I would recommend any other rental company than this one. No problem at Hertz!!
I rent exclusively from Enterprise, I got burned by other rental agencies in the past. Enterprise is always easy to deal with and they have been very helpful when I had an issue in the past. The cars are always clean and have little miles on them. The check-in process makes it very quick to pick up a car at busy airports, just hop in and go.
