Have used this location twice. The first time my car was not ready on time and they were scrambling to find the SUV i had confirmed and even asked me "do you need an SUV?" (I was transporting a tent). The second time I rented from them they were late getting my vehicle ready and the car was given with a piece of $&*!. The wheel was cockeyed, as in the car was going straight with the wheel was crooked the whole time, and the car had been used by a smoker previously. The staff at this location very friendly gave us all the information that we needed to make our decision to rent with them. I highly recommend Enterprise for your traveling needs. We will be making our next trip in about a month and we will calling on them again.

Rented a car to go out of town for the weekend. When we arrived to pick it up we realized the size car we reserved was too small. The Enterprise rep offered us an upgrade for a small fee. We were in and out quickly and the car was great and met all of our needs! The staff at the Newburgh location is awesome! We have rented there numerous times. We wouldn't rent from anywhere else!!
