My wife had an appointment today at 4:30 to pick up a rental car while hers is getting fixed. She had called a few days prior to schedule the arrangement and spoke to Isaac. Isaac stated that she would be able to get a sedan for $25 a day since we are with state farm. I heard the whole conversation as my wife had it on speaker phone. Terrible place. My car was hit awhile ago and I was told to come here because that’s where I’d get a rental. Called them first day was told I’d be called back never was. Was blown off for 2 days until I called on a different phone. Set the day up he even had the claim number ect the vehicles involved ect. I get there today on a Friday and was told I’m not allowed due to my age like this couldn’t have been told sooner. They usually have a car that fits our needs and work with us. They are polite and helpful.
