Lazy and absolutely will avoid trying to help if there is any inconvenience to them. Arrived with a flat tire to swap out a vehicle per the instructions I was given by National, only to be told they could not, but I could take care of it myself at discount tire. Sorry it was too much trouble for the 8 employees standing around to swap out my vehicle and have one of them go fix the flat! This past April, I rented from Enterprise (Altoona, WI) while my car was being repaired (via an insurance claim). All experiences of contact & coordination throughout the process with both corporate & local - (when Tarren from Atoona location picked me up and briefed me on the car - was extremely pleasant) was professional, friendly, timely, smooth. Even a great follow-up. I'll always rent from this company! Thank you.

Had a reservation be pushed back because they didnt have any of that level, then had an issue with my card that I had to take a lyft to fix (not their fault), but then when i get back They have to clean a different car "on the same level" and wait for it to be done. Why wouldnt they just keep the Nissan they had already put through the system to go to me and give the next cars coming in to them. So now im waiting for my corolla.
