My dad flew to WI due to my brother having emergency surgery. He had his debit card and they would not accept it as payment because his license was from the state of NC. This rule is ludicrous.
Bailey & Darius were extremely courteous & accommodating given my situation. 🤗 They got me in quickly & efficiently.
Wasn't able to get a rental during my visit but still 5 stars. Needed a car to go down to Madison for a hair appt & didn't trust my car to make it. I thought I could use a paystub to secure the rental but unfortunately not. Lucas was really nice in explaining why I needed a bill or credit card. He also handed me 1 of his cards so I could call if I had questions before booking a future rental. 5 stars anyway!!
