The service was professional and fast
This has got to be the worst customer service experience I can remember. I tried to call before arriving to return a car and was placed on hold the entire time I was driving there from the yacht basin marina. Then, when I arrived, I was completely ignored as if I was invisible. After waiting about 20 minutes, I stood up and my greeting was I have two other customers. Representative Keyoshia went above and beyond to accommodate me in getting into a replacement vehicle as the first vehicle from a different location experienced a mechanical issue. I had been dealing with Enterprise customer service Representatives on the phone all day. No one was available at Enterprise to deliver a vehicle to me or pick me up and take me to Enterprise. The representative at the Demopolis location went above and beyond the call of duty to give us the best service possible. She may our visit a pleasure as well as fulfilling our needs in getting us our reserved vehicles and assisting others with their return. She was the epitome of professionalism.
