What I liked most about my Enterprise experience was the excellent customer service and how smooth the rental process was from start to finish. The staff made everything easy, and the car was clean, well-maintained, and exactly what I needed. It really felt like they cared about making things convenient for me.
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. This accounting team is despicable. I recently had to do some car shopping, and I ended up needing a rental car while my old vehicle was in the shop and I was doing some test driving. Let me preface this complaint by stating that I have rented from this location multiple times and NEVER had an issue until my most recent visit.
