Prior to this incident I had great reviews for Enterprise as a whole and the Langhorne branch. However, this has severely been altered with a parking ticket. I paid my parking ticket correctly and timely. However, Enterprise did not accept my proof of payment and charged me $125 ON TOP of the $25 parking ticket I had paid. They do no accept the receipt of payment nor the township themselves calling to confirm the payment. Additionally, they did not even notify me of the charge, just charged my credit card months later. the worst customer service ever existed, apart charges very expensive and even without the car Rent your car in HERTZ is better, better service speaks different languages and treat you well..
